  • At this time, Steps4Kids, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Steps4Kids, LLC ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in the Steps4Kids store. Steps4Kids, LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
    Purchased items may be returned in their original package (e.g. DVDs, pencil grips in carded packaging) within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping and handling).

    For school orders, please fax a signed purchase order which includes a verifiable telephone number and address to: 760-635-3501. Submission of a faxed order does not guarantee approval by Steps4Kids, LLC and may be rejected in the event a district or school has a record of nonpayment. In the event an order is rejected, notice of any such rejection will be submitted to the ordering party within 24 hours for possible resolution. Parties submitting signed purchase orders for purposes of ordering Steps4Kids products agree to pay invoiced amount within 30 days of shipment of the order.
